Have you ever heard about the masc vs. fem energy before?
If not... keep reading! Whenever I talk about this, I’m referring to UNIVERSAL energies… not gender. So let’s get that straight!
All genders have inside of them both the 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲 (𝘆𝗶𝗻) and 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 (𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴) energy.
Fun fact, I grew up in a predominantly masculine energy household (like most minority cultures):
As a result, there was MINIMAL feminine energy in my home growing up.
No softness, no feelings, no emotions, no allowing, no calming, and no nurturing.
As a result, I was pretty fucked up as a teen. This imbalance of the masculine & feminine energy in my home life caused me to feel extremely insecure about EVERYTHING in my life…
Which ultimately made me bitter AF.
I ended up suppressing my feelings and emotions SO much that my mental health was...

As humans, society has conditioned us to always go “𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗺𝗲?” and to play the victim card.
But the victim card doesn’t get us very...

Look, I geddit.
